A quick kitchen note here: if a plastic utensil breaks, stop eating and carefully check the food for fragments. One container. Almost no cleanup. Maximum food engineering.<br><br>Sometimes cooking is about recipes, careful measurements, and beautiful ingredients.<br><br>And sometimes you&#8217;re starving, holding a spoon, staring at a piece of beef, and accidentally discover that dinner has three levels.<br><br>Would I make it again? Absolutely.<br><br>Would I use a stronger spoon?
